The marketing photos were great, even with an overhead shot, and really made the property look like you really want to be there, like a little hill country paradise. She made the closing details super easy, from getting the survey done to signing at the title company’s office. She is there from day one and forever. She is very responsible that, you call her at any time "t", she's there to pick up the call. She patrol the construction site all the time to see what's going on. She is the best for she is an engineer .she is very friendly and that makes one to be very open to her and feeling free to ask her questions .Not to forget, her husband is a wonderful guy too. He was there for all my 3rd party inspections, he spotted all the little dents and scratches that I couldn't take note of. OMG, he too is an engineer. I didn't Search for a realtor online to find her, but friends and co-workers were talking about the great job she does and I jumped into the conversation and finally got her contact. She helped me choose the granite countertops, shaker styled cabinets and wood planking that would be in it as well. When it came time to sell, Giovanna helped us make the home turn key by suggesting items that needed to be fixed prior to the sale. She had the home preinspected, which allowed the buyer to submit their highest and best offer with confidence. Giovanna advertised our home on MLS and we received multiple offers, we sold our home for $20k over asking and we were able to use the monies to buy our new home in Killeen, which we also used Giovanna as our Realtor for.
