Giovanna helped me buy my first home, it was a new build so it took many trips to Burnet to ensure that the home was being built correctly. She helped me choose the granite countertops, shaker styled cabinets and wood planking that would be in it as well. When it came time to sell, Giovanna helped us make the home turn key by suggesting items that needed to be fixed prior to the sale. She had the home preinspected, which allowed the buyer to submit their highest and best offer with confidence. Giovanna advertised our home on MLS and we received multiple offers, we sold our home for $20k over asking and we were able to use the monies to buy our new home in Killeen, which we also used Giovanna as our Realtor for. Giovanna is very knowledgeable, assertive and has always gone above and beyond for us.
